AWARDS 2015 – ESTAS BEST LETTING AGENT IN UK WINNER, ESTAS BEST LETTING AGENT IN REGION (ESSEX & KENT) WINNER, ESTAS BEST ESTATE AGENT FOR REGION (ESSEX % KENT) SILVER WINNER.
The awards, celebrating their 12th year are known throughout the industry as The ESTAS. The ESTAS determine the best estate and letting agents in the UK through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent, over 25,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during the competition. Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since their inception in 2003 said
“The ESTAS are about making people happy, putting a smile on their face and making a genuine difference to peoples’ lives. An agent’s role is about guiding people through one of the most stressful times in their lives and that’s not an easy job. The ESTAS help agencies to focus on customer service levels and that’s why firms keep coming back year after year”.
Agents were shortlisted in 18 regions around the UK. National Grand Prix Awards were also announced for the Best Single Agent Office in sales and lettings.

The awards were announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert and a lavish luncheon & ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane London attended by over 700 of the UK’s top estate & letting agents and suppliers to the industry.

Stoneshaw Estates have been honoured at the prestigious ESTATE & LETTING AGENT AWARDS 2013 where we were recognised for our excellent customer service as voted for by our clients during the course of 2012. The awards included Best UK Letting Agent and the Best Letting Agent for our region for the 4th year running.
The award was announced by Phil Spencer, presenter of Channel 4’s Location, Location property programme at a lavish ceremony in London attended by OVER 500 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents.

The results of the competition were determined by research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. Over 33,000 votes were received making it the biggest consumer survey of its kind in the property industry.

Thames Gateway Best New Business Winner 2009
STONESHAW ESTATES were honoured with the BEST NEW BUSINESS AWARD at 12th annual Thames Gateway Business Awards, which were held on Friday 6th November 2009, at the art deco inspired Troxy London.
Finalists were invited along to this glittering event, hosted by BBC Journalist, Louisa Preston and radio presenter David 'Kid' Jensen, with guest speaker, Jim Fitzpatrick, Minister of State at DEFRA to hear who would be announced winner of these prestigious awards.
The event itself and entry process, was a welcome triumph, over what can only be described as "challenging economic conditions" throughout 2009. The popularity of the awards, and abundance of entries, was overwhelming, considering the tough trading conditions that small and medium sized businesses faced, and showed the true spirit with which these businesses have fought to survive.
Each of the 15 winners, walked away with not only the accolade of being some of the best businesses in the area, but also a prize fund to be shared equally amongst all the winners which can be spent on local advertising.
